Ranging from industries such as powersports, motorcycle, automotive, and more, we provide precision component manufacturing with some of the highest quality in the industry. ## Background In 1994, VPIC Group opened its first factory doors to manufacture motorcycle components. Since then, we have expanded our services to accommodate a number of different industries, including powersports, motorcycle, automotive, construction, agriculture, healthcare, and more. Our state-of-the-art machinery and technology provides aluminum die casting, hot forging, tooling fabricating, investment casting, plastic injection, CNC machining, stamping, bending, hydroforming, welding, ED coating, powder painting, liquid painting or assembly, and more. Annually, we produce more than 1,800 types of products and 50,000,000 parts. ![VPIC X3](https://www.vpic-group.com/hs-fs/hubfs/VPIC%20X3.png?width=1224&height=907&name=VPIC%20X3.png) ## VPIC Group's History - Received the investment license to manufacture motorcycle frame parts with a total capital of 2,267,820 USD. - The VPIC first factory was built in a land area of 15,340 m2 with equipment such as a pressing machines, welding machines, robot welding and bending machines, etc., to begin the mass production of motorcycle parts. - Liquid painting and powder coating lines were set up, which increased legal capital up to 5,267,820 USD. Automobile components, wheelchair, trolleys, and computer chairs were added to our manufacturing products. - Became ISO 9001:1994 certified. 1994 – 1999 - The VPIC second factory was built in a land area of 48,225 m2. - VPIC and BRP business relationship began, providing the opportunity to enter the global market. - VPIC’s total assets increased to 20,958,344 USD and began the mass production of ATVs, CBU & OEM parts exported to USA and European markets. - Began exporting products to Canadian customers for recreational segment parts and complete ATVs. - Became ISO TS 16949:2002, ISO 9001:2000 certified. - Started business with Ducati Italy. - Became JIS T9254:2009 certified. 2000 – 2009 - Became ISO 14001:2004/Cor.1:2009 certified & Started business with Harley Davidson  - Construction of the GPMI factory started in September of 2014 with a land area of 205,000 m2 - GPMI started operations and VPIC group received ISO 50001:2011 certification. - Became ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 certified & expanded producing tooling of electric cars with Verbom Co. - VPIC increased capital investment with high-tech equipment. The company extended manufacturing capabilities into the bike industry & became ISO IATF 16949:2016 certified. 2010 – 2019 - The VPIC third factory was built in a land area of 110,000 m2. - Became ISO 14064-1:2018 and ISO 14067:2018 certified   2020 - The Present ## Take A Tour Of Our Factories Inaugurated in December 1994 - VPIC Factory 1 - with an area of 15,340 m2, it is located in Ho Nai Industrial Zone, Trang Bom District, Dong Nai Province, Vietnam. Inaugurated in September 2000 - VPIC Factory 2 - with an area of 48,250 m2, it is located in Ho Nai Industrial Zone, Trang Bom District, Dong Nai Province, Vietnam. Inaugurated in September 2014 - GPMI - with an area of 205,000 m2, is located in Giang Dien Industrial Park, Trang Bom District, Dong Nai Province, Vietnam.
