In March 2025, implementing the 5S methodology across various departments yielded numerous positive outcomes, a testament to the dedication and responsibility exhibited by all employees. The latest evaluation results indicate that most departments have maintained their performance and are also steadily enhancing the effectiveness of 5S practices within the workplace.

Remarkably, the Engineering and Quality Assurance (QA) departments continue to excel, achieving scores of 90.0 and 90.8, respectively. These outstanding results reflect their ongoing commitment to upholding high standards and the relentless pursuit of improvements to foster a better working environment. The principles of 5S have become deeply ingrained in the daily culture of these departments.

Furthermore, departments such as Mold, Production Control (QLSX), Assembly, and several others have recorded scores exceeding 85, showcasing their collective resolve to maintain organized, clean, and efficient workspaces.
